Voting Procedures Order definition

Voting Procedures Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court or District Court approving the Voting Procedures.

Voting Procedures Order means any order entered by the Bankruptcy Court scheduling the Confirmation Hearing, setting procedures for voting on the Plan and establishing other related deadlines and procedures.
