Voting Procedures Order definition

Voting Procedures Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court or District Court approving the Voting Procedures.
Voting Procedures Order means the order entered by the District Court setting the voting procedures for this Plan.

Voting Procedures Order has the meaning set forth in Section 3(f)(i) hereof.
