Wheeling Service definition

Wheeling Service means an operational agreement between the Network User and the TSO in the framework of proactive congestion management, consisting of a commitment on the combined use of a given Entry Service at an Interconnection Point with a given Exit Service offered in the same border station than the Entry Service, to avoid a potential congestion in the Transmission Grid, and without access to the market based balancing model nor to ZTP Notional Trading Services, as provided for in the Access Code for Transmission.
Wheeling Service means the operations whereby the distribution system of ___PDCL along with the associated facilities of a transmission licensee or otherwise as the case may be, are used by another person for conveyance of electricity on payment of charges determined by the Commission from time to time. Words and expressions used and not defined in this Agreement but defined in the Act or the rules or regulations made there under, shall have the meanings as assigned to them therein, and in the absence thereof, shall have the same meaning as commonly understood in the electricity industry.

Wheeling Service means the use of Metropolitan’s facilities, including its rights to use State Water Project facilities, to transport water not owned or controlled by Metropolitan to its member public agencies, in transactions entered into by Metropolitan for a period of up to one year.
