Wireless Permit definition

Wireless Permit or “Permit” means a permit issued pursuant to this Chapter and authorizing the placement or modification of a wireless facility of a design specified in the permit at a particular location within the right-of-way, and the modification of any existing support structure to which the wireless facility is proposed to be attached.

More Definitions of Wireless Permit

Wireless Permit means the permit issued by the Department of Public Works for any work required in the public right-of-way for the installation or in support or otherwise related to a wireless facility, consistent with the Design Standards and Application Requirements adopted by the Director of Public Works consistent with this Chapter.
