Xxxxxxx Documents definition

Xxxxxxx Documents means those mortgages with the mortgagees ----------------- identified on Schedule 1.1(b) attached hereto, such mortgages dated as of --------------- the dates set forth on such Schedule.

Xxxxxxx Documents means, collectively, the Xxxxxxx Note, the Xxxxxxx Texas Transaction Documents, the Xxxxxxx Release, and other agreements, instruments and documents executed and delivered to or by Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx in connection therewith.

Xxxxxxx Documents means this Agreement, the Operating Agreement, the ----------------- Certificate of Formation, the Xxxxxxx/Company Documents, the Xxxxxxx Registration Rights Agreement, the Option Agreement and all other agreements and instruments required to be executed and delivered by Xxxxxxx or any of its Affiliates under Articles II and IV. ----------- --

• First Xxxxxxx has made available to Tower the First Xxxxxxx Documents and to First Chester’s Knowledge the First Xxxxxxx Documents have been prepared in all material respects in accordance with applicable regulatory accounting principles and practices throughout the periods covered by such statements.

• Xxxxxxx Documents – that certain Redevelopment Contract with the City of Xxxxxxx, Nebraska and related Promissory Notes.

More Definitions of Xxxxxxx Documents

Xxxxxxx Documents means (i) the letter agreement dated November 2, 2006 from the Company in favor of Xxxxxxx Capital Partners Ltd. and Xxxxxxx Capital Markets, LLC ("Xxxxxxx"), as amended and extended by the letter agreement dated December 14, 2006; (ii) the Mutual Release dated January 30, 2007 between the Company and Xxxxxxx; (iii) the letter agreement dated April 18, 2007 among the Company and Xxxxxxx; (iv) the letter dated June 25, 2007 from Xxxxxxx to Xxxx Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxx; and (v) any amendments or supplements to the foregoing or any other agreement, arrangement or settlement relating to the foregoing.

Xxxxxxx Documents. As defined in Section 5.1(a).

Xxxxxxx Documents means the Xxxxxxx Contribution Agreements, the Xxxxxxx Purchase Agreement and the other documents executed and delivered in connection with the Xxxxxxx Transaction.

Xxxxxxx Documents means the "Loan Documents" as such term is defined in the Xxxxxxx Financing Agreement.

Xxxxxxx Documents means that certain Employment Agreement, between Xxxx and Xxxxxxx, dated as of October 2, 1991, that certain Put Option Agreement, dated as of October 2, 1991, between Xxxx Holdings and Xxxxxxx, and that certain Guaranty, dated October 2, 1991, by the Company in favor of Xxxxxxx.

Xxxxxxx Documents is added to Appendix A of the Participation Agreement:

Xxxxxxx Documents means all documents and agreements entered into by CCA or any of its Affiliates and Xxxxxxx pursuant to which Xxxxxxx provides customer service, collections, electronic data interchange management, and/or order fulfillment services to CCA, including all exhibits, schedules and disclosure letters related thereto, and all amendments and modifications thereto. “Environmental Complaint” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(b) hereof. “Environmental Laws” shall mean all federal, state and local environmental, land use, zoning, health, chemical use, safety and sanitation laws, statutes, ordinances and codes as well as common laws, relating to the protection of the environment, human health and/or governing the use, storage, treatment, generation, transportation, processing, handling, production or disposal of Hazardous Materials and the rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, interpretations, decisions, orders and directives of federal, state, international and local governmental agencies and authorities with respect thereto.
