Year of Vested Service definition

Year of Vested Service means a calendar year in which a Participant is credited with at least 1,000 hours of employment with the Company or its Subsidiaries. For the purposes of this definition, “hours of employment” include actual hours of paid work, paid leave or other time off, and hours of work missed due to military service provided that the Participant returns to work while his or her rehire rights are protected by law.

  • Year of Vesting Service means a vesting computation period during which you complete 1,000 hours of service during the Plan Year.

It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.

For this purpose, fractional periods of a year will be expressed in terms of days.

  • In-Service Date means the date on which the Facility and System Modifications (if applicable) are complete and ready for service, even if the Facility is not placed in service on or by that date.

  • Planning Period Balance means the entire period of time remaining in the Planning Period following the month that a monthly auction is conducted.
