Common use of DISPOSICIONES PRELIMINARES Clause in Contracts

DISPOSICIONES PRELIMINARES. Las presentes “CONDICIONES GENERALES DE COMPRA” (C.G.C) serán parte integrante del Pedido de Cotización y/o “DOCUMENTO DE COMPRA y/u ORDEN”, y sus cláusulas tendrán preeminencia sobre cualquier otra disposición que se le oponga, excepto que dicha disposición conste expresamente en el “DOCUMENTO DE COMPRA y/u ORDEN”, o en Cláusulas Especiales que la integren. Serán aplicables las presentes “C.G.C”, donde no hubieran sido expresamente modificadas por las “CONDICIONES PARTICULARES DE COMPRA” (C.P.C.), los Anexos, o el “DOCUMENTO DE COMPRA y/u ORDEN”.
