Availability of Offers for sale. The success of the La Galerie model depends particularly on timely product delivery. In this respect, RUE DU COMMERCE asks the Merchant Partner to focus their offers on products that are in stock. The Merchant must ensure that its products are shipped and delivered within the stated time frames, for as long as its offer remains available. In the event the product is out of stock, it must ensure that the offer is no longer displayed on the website, and inform RUE DU COMMERCE immediately. For any related service, the Merchant Partner must take care to only offer services it is able to provide. Any inability, even temporary, must be reported online and to the technical department of RUE DU COMMERCE immediately and within a maximum of 24 hours. Non-observance of the delivery date indicated on the site may lead to the suspension or cancellation of the Merchant Partner’s offers under the conditions set out in Articles 33 and 34 hereinafter without prejudice to any compensation for the loss suffered. In case of absence of more than 2 working days, the Merchant Partner must close his Shop on MIRAKL. However, this does not exempt the Merchant Partner from continuing to provide the same standard of after-sales service on his Shop.
