PRODUCTS. The Merchant Partner offers for sale in La Galerie an extensive catalogue of new and second-hand products, which may be accompanied by service provisions (hereinafter referred to as “the Offers”).

PRODUCTS. The products and their main characteristics are described on the Site, so that the Customer can be aware of the nature of the products before placing an order. Nu Skin may change the composition, characteristics or assortment of the products offered for sale on the Site and their presentation or packaging. Products are offered within the limit of available stocks.

PRODUCTS. Photographs and other images of the Products presented are non-contractual and the Seller accepts no liability for them. The Customer is obliged to refer to the description of each Product, which is available at any time at the Seller's registered office, in order to know its properties and particularities. The Products presented by the Seller are subject to the availability of stocks at the time the Customer places an Order.

PRODUCTS. 7.1 - SCT's products are manufactured with great care and in compliance with the sole services specified in our acknowledgement of receipt of the order. Their performances are guaranteed according to the PG standard control process 24. They are however liable to uncertainties arising from fortuitous causes and variations in the raw materials. 7.2 - The specifications and performances as stated in the catalogs and technical instructions of SCT apply only for the normal use of the products whether for their implementation, putting into service and operation which must be performed according to the appropriate professional standards and practices. In addition, these specifications and the performance data are given as an average, manufacturing variations must be allowed for. 7.3 - In all cases the guarantee on the products shall be limited to the free replacement of the product and/or the service which has been accepted as being defective, and excluding any other indemnity. Unless particular conditions made by SCT, the products are guaranteed for twelve months from the date of delivery or issuance by SCT and still packaged in the original packaging.

PRODUCTS. The products offered for sale are those listed in our brochures and on the website at the time the order is placed, subject to availability. The essential characteristics of the products are available in our technical data sheets (on request) or, where applicable, on the Website. The photographs illustrating the products are for informational purposes only and are not contractual.

PRODUCTS. The second paragraph is deleted. (a) Warranty is provided for a period of twelve months, beginning at the date of delivery. Consumers are at least entitled to claim warranty defects within the limitation period provided by law. (b) IBM warrants that each non-IBM Program, when used in the specified operating environment, relates to its functions and conforms to its specifications. In case a non-IBM Program is delivered without specifications, IBM only warrants that the non-IBM Program information correctly describes the non-IBM Program, and that the non-IBM Program can be used according to the non-IBM Program information. (c) IBM does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the non-IBM Program or that IBM will correct all program defects. The Customer is responsible for the results of the use of a non-IBM Program. (d) At IBM's discretion, warranty may also be provided by the Licensor himself. (e) In the event that IBM is unable to remedy a warranty defect within a reasonable period of time - even after an appropriate grace period - the Customer may in respect of this defect (at his discretion) demand a reduction of price, or rescission of contract. In case of minor defects or deviations, the Customer shall not be entitled to demand a rescission of the contract. (f) In addition, the limitation of liability provision will apply. (g) However, non-IBM manufactures, developers, suppliers, or publishers may provide their own warranty to you.

PRODUCTS. The Products which are the subject of these General Conditions are described in detail in terms of their specific features and their characteristics in the latest sales material produced by POSITRONIC. POSITRONIC expressly reserves the right to not proceed with the sale of certain Products. As a consequence the Customer may not force POSITRONIC to sell Products which it no longer distributes or promotes.

PRODUCTS. Products presented on the Site are protected by copyright and may be registered as designs. The intellectual property rights relating to the Pro- ducts are likewise the exclusive property of the Company.

PRODUCTS. The products offered are those listed on the website xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx GreenPonik, within the limits of available stocks. GreenPonik reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented on the website as a description of its main technical characteristics (quantity, use, specifications ...). The photographs are as accurate as possible but do not engage the seller. The sale of the products presented on the xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx website is intended for all resident buyers in countries that fully authorize the entry into their territory of these products.
