Confidentiality Obligations. 19.1 Each Party agrees to maintain Confidential Information received from the other in confidence and not to use or disclose such Confidential Information, without the prior written approval of the disclosing Party, except as required to comply with any order of a court or any applicable rule, regulation or law of any jurisdiction.
