Default and late payment. If any charge or other sum due from Customer shall not be received by Nextlane within thirty (30) days of its due date, then Customer shall pay to Nextlane a late fee as set forth in Territory Specific terms. The Parties hereby agree that such late charge represents a fair and reasonable estimate of the cost that Nextlane will incur by reason of the late payment by Customer. If Customer fails to make any payment when due, Nextlane may, without limiting its other rights and remedies, temporarily suspend Customer’s account, Support and Maintenance Services, license or access to Software Product. Customer will remain responsible for all charges incurred before and during any suspension.
