Force majeure or fortuitous event. In case of force majeure or fortuitous event rendering the execution of the contract by the Association impossible, the obligations of both parties will be suspended. The latter will have to make every reasonable effort to reduce the obstacle preventing the successful performance of the contract. If such circumstances last longer than six months, each party will be entitled to withdraw from the contract by written notice without having to request the termination of the contract to a court. This action shall not give rise to damages and interests.
