Common use of Registration of the Merchant Partner Clause in Contracts

Registration of the Merchant Partner. The Merchant Partner must, firstly, pre-register by completing the appropriate application form. The Merchant Partner will receive a definitive answer on its eligibility within a maximum of 15 days. RUE DU COMMERCE will make sure that the Merchant Partner meets the eligibility criteria to join La Galerie. If it does, the Merchant Partner will have to fill out a complete form in his MIRAKL Boutique and transmit to RUE DU COMMERCE certain information relating to his company, his manager(s) and his activity. The Merchant Partner’s application will be forwarded to La Galerie’s payment services facility which will give its final approval in relation to its joining. La Galerie’s smooth functioning requires the information provided to be accurate, comprehensive and updated in real time, which the Merchant Partner guarantees to do. RUE DU COMMERCE must be informed within 24 hours of any change to this information. The Merchant Partner is liable for any damage whatsoever, resulting even partially from insufficient, inaccurate or out-of-date information. Failure to provide accurate, comprehensive and up-to-date information shall entitle RUE DU COMMERCE to suspend and/or terminate these Merchant Terms and Conditions under the conditions of Articles 33 and 34 hereinafter. The Merchant Partner will access his MIRAKL Boutique using his login and access code. The Merchant Partner may create other accesses for other expressly authorised persons.
