Right to nominate. For as long as Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxx, and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, (the Founding Shareholders) own in the aggregate at least 40% of the issued and outstanding share capital of the Company, a number of directors equal to 50% of the total number of directors will be elected by the General Meeting from nominees selected by the Founding Shareholders.
