Termination by Apple. Apple may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason or no reason, provided Apple gives You thirty (30) days written notice. Further, Apple may at any time and without prior notice, immediately terminate or suspend all or a portion of Managed Apple IDs and/or access to the Service upon the occurrence of any of the following:
