Entire Agreement. These terms and conditions along with the appendices explicitly contained and accepted in the SUPPORT CONTRACT constitute the entire agreement between the PARTIES. They supersede all previous communications or agreements either oral or written between the PARTIES with respect to the PRODUCTS. Any amendment of the SUPPORT CONTRACT will only be valid if it is agreed in writing between the PARTIES.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the agreement between the Parties with respect to its subject matter, and supersedes all prior agreements between the Parties, whether express or implied, with respect to the same matter. If any provision of this Agreement is held illegal or unenforceable in a judicial proceeding, such provision will be severed and will be inoperative, and, provided that the fundamental terms and conditions of this Agreement, in particular Articles 5, 6, 7, 8, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 23 and 24.2 remain legal and enforceable, the remainder of this Agreement will remain operative and binding on the Parties.
