Form of Securities. No Warrants in definitive form will be issued in relation to any Series. No physical document of title will be issued to represent the Warrants of any Series. On issue, the Warrants of each Series will be registered in the books of Monte Titoli. The Warrants of each Series will be held in bearer form on behalf of the beneficial owners until redemption and cancellation thereof.
