Scope. 2.1 These Conditions of Sale apply to all Sales of Products. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions set forth in these Conditions of Sale and the terms and conditions agreed in the individual Sale, the latter shall prevail. Brandoni shall not be bound by any general conditions of purchase of the Customer (hereinafter “GCP”), not even if reference shall be made to them or they shall be contained in the orders or in any other documentation of the Customer, without the prior consent written of Xxxxxxxx. The GCP shall not be binding for either Xxxxxxxx nor for effect of tacit consent.
2.2 Brandoni reserves the right to add, modify or eliminate any provision of these Conditions of Sale, it being un- derstood that said additions, modiflcations or eliminations shall apply to all Sales concluded from the thirtieth day following the notiflcation to the Customer of the new Conditions of Sale.
Scope. 1.1 - These General Conditions govern all present and future sales contracts entered into by the Seller with regard to its Products, except for any exceptions specifically agreed upon in writing. These General Conditions apply both to contracts with Parties established in Italy and to contracts with Parties established in different States. Any reference to the terms of trade shall be understood to be made to the INCOTERMS 2020 of the International Chamber of Commerce.
Scope. The studies, the supply of products, materials, equipment, work and services (hereafter the “Product(s)”), are defined in the Order and the documents that may be attached thereto, including possible plans and/or specifications provided by the Company. The Products will be delivered with the necessary documentation for their use, storage and maintenance. The Products shall comply with all requirements, laws, regulations, and standards in force, as well as to any applicable provision to the Order. In particular, the Supplier undertakes to comply when performing the Order, with any applicable social, safety, and environmental rule. If the Products are qualified as medical devices, the execution of these GPC must be in compliance with: - the Medical Device Regulation, where by Medical Device Regulation we mean the Regulation of the Medical Devices and all the applicable italian legislation; - the Legislative Decree no. 219/2006 and subsequent amendments with the "Implementation of Directive 2001/83 / EC (and subsequent amending directives) relating to a Community code relating to medicinal products for human use, as well as Directive 2003/94 / EC".
Scope. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will reimburse the penalty applied contractually by SWISS for the cancellation or amendment to the booking, including the administrative charges and airport taxes, arising from:
a) sudden illness (or unexpected setback) certified by a doctor;
b) pathologies of pregnancy, if ascertained after booking;
c) intolerance to vaccinations;
d) accident or death of the Insured, a family member, business partner or joint-owner of the Insured’s company or a person who is not a family member but indicated in the policy (travelling companion);
e) material damage to the dwelling following natural catastrophes or theft which require the presence of the Insured;
f) dismissal or suspension from work (temporary lay-off or job mobility) of the Insured or his new employment;
g) presentation of the request for divorce by the spouse;
h) convocation for military/civilian service;
i) convocation before the competent authorities for the adoption of minors;
j) appointment of the Insured to jury service or give evidence to the judicial authorities;
k) theft of the documents essential for travel abroad if it is impossible for them to be redone before the planned departure date;
l) impossibility of reaching the place of departure of the trip following: an accident to the means of transport during the journey; adverse weather conditions occurring in the place of residence. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will reimburse the penalty or the costs of amendment debited: to the Insured; all his family members; a travelling companion, as long as insured and registered in the same file.
Scope. These general sales conditions govern all current and future commercial relationships between C&F and its customers. These general sales conditions constitute an integral part of the established general sales conditions will prevail over any purchase conditions, general or particular indicated
Scope. This Agreement binds Telstra and the Cwu in respect of employees of Telstra engaged in Teleworking employed in classifications incorporated in Awards listed in Attachment A.
Scope. The cooperation envisaged under this CWA may include the following:
3.1 The Regione Piemonte is interested to technically align their regional R&I programmes, investments and expenditures from the N/R Funds with the 2ZERO Work Programmes and its overall objectives, as stated in the 2ZERO SRIA (“2ZERO Objectives”)19. To this end, the Parties intend to establish such a technical alignment process.
3.2 According to the HE provisions20, the EC intends to underpin the synergy’s mechanisms envisaged in the ERDF and in the N/R Fund that enable interested Regions/MS to build synergies and complementarities with Horizon Europe and to establish operational cooperation by realising synergies and maximising leverage and impact in the use of public funding. To this end, the Parties agree that it is crucial to establish a cooperation framework with the aim of supporting existing and future European roadmaps at regional level.
3.3 The Parties intend to establish a technical alignment and to identify specific regional mechanisms to trigger synergies under the ERDF Programme, other N/R Fund , in line with the National/Regional Smart Specialization Strategy (“3S”) and other relevant national/regional specific programme/strategy relevant for the 2ZERO Objectives. These mechanisms should xxxxxx excellence and aim for impactful results to contribute to the 2ZERO Objectives. Under such mechanisms, an increased coordination between public authorities’ strategies should be pursued as well as informing the stakeholders on the existence of such mechanisms.
Scope. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will indemnify the Insured, within the limit of the capital insured of € 800.00 per person, for direct, material damage to him arising from: theft; fire; robbery; bag-snatch; failure to return and damage by the airline company of personal baggage. The cover is also operative for travel bags and suitcases used as containers. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will also reimburse, within the limit of the capital insured and with a maximum of € 200.00 per person and insurance period, ‘essential purchases’ made following a delay (with respect to the expected time of arrival at one of the destinations) in the return of checked baggage of more than 12 hours. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will not reimburse purchases made in the place of return.
Scope. The following sales conditions apply to the existing contracts concerning such activities, which are not related to certification processes, between Flam Gas InterCert S.r.l. (hereafter FGI) and the Customer. A contract is an agreement stipulated by the services supply formal offer issued by FGI and signed by the Customer, including any potential subsequent modification and addition. All the annexes and documents mentioned in the contract documentation are also part of the contract. The purpose is to define clearly and unequivocally the collaboration between Flam Gas InterCert S.r.l. and the Customers throughout all the steps and procedures of the activities of the offer, until the issue of the invoice. Any potential modification, addition and extension to this Regulation is only applicable if agreed upon and approved by both the parties. Once the Customer has signed the offer, the following sales conditions are to be considered fully accepted.
Scope. ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE will reimburse any higher costs borne to purchase new travel tickets (air or railway tickets) to replace those that cannot be used because of the late arrival of the Insured at the place of departure of the outward flight arising from the following unforeseen, independently documented, circumstances:
a) accident to the means of transport during the journey;
b) block on circulation imposed by the relevant authorities;
c) block of or slowing of road circulation due to adverse weather conditions.
