許認可の定義
許認可. とは、許可、認可、承諾、検査、確認、同意、届出その他国又は地方公共団体によるこれらに類似する処分行為をいう。

許認可. とは、適用法令又はあらゆる関係当局により要求されるあらゆるものを含む、本運送のために必要な貨物に関係する全 ての輸出入の許認可その他の許可をいう。 「禁止人物」とは、州、国、超国家的若しくは国際的政府組織又は関係当局により課されるあらゆる制裁、禁止又は制限に基づき取引が制限又は禁止されている個人又は事業体をいう。 「適格テロ対策技術」とは、安全法における当該用語に帰する意味を持ち、クウリアーの組織メンバーにより提供される認証貨物検査施設及びあらゆる関連するサービスを明示的に含む。 「関係当局」とは、あらゆる税関当局、税関検査ステーション、空港当局、英国民間航空局（国際航空運送協会及び国際民 間航空機関を含む）及び本運送又は貨物のあらゆる要素に対する管轄権を有するあらゆるその他の機関をいう。 「関係当局公課」とは、関係当局により課される付加価値税その 他あらゆる租税、関税、公課、料金、保証金若しくは支出金、及び貨物に関連する関連当局の要件遵守により発生したあらゆ る費用又はそのいずれかをいう。 「制限物品」とは、あらゆる州、国、超国家的若しくは国際的政 府組織又はあらゆる関係当局により課される輸出若しくは輸入 and other natural disasters and extreme weather conditions; and/or acts of God and/or any other circumstances outside the party’s control. "Prohibited Person" means any individual or entity with whom transactions are restricted or prohibited under any sanction, prohibition or restriction imposed by any state, country, supranational or international governmental organization or any Relevant Authority. "Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology" has the meaning ascribed to that term under the SAFETY Act and expressly includes certified cargo screening facilities and any associated services offered by any member of the Courier Organisation. "Relevant Authority" means any customs authority, customs inspection station, airport authority, national civil aviation authority (including the International Air Transport Association and International Civil Aviation Organisation) and any other authority having jurisdiction over any element of the Carriage or the Shipment. "Relevant Authority Levy" means value added tax and any other tax, duty, levy, charge, deposit or outlay imposed by a Relevant Authority and/or any expenses incurred in complying with the requirement of any Relevant Authority with respect to a Shipment.
