Export Control. This Agreement is made subject to any restrictions concerning the export of products or technical information from the countries that may be imposed on the Parties from time to time. Each Party agrees that it will not export, directly or indirectly, any technical information acquired from the other Party under this Agreement or any products using such technical information to a location or in a manner that at the time of export requires an export license or other governmental approval, without first obtaining the written consent to do so from the appropriate agency or other governmental entity in accordance with applicable laws.
Export Control. A. On request, the Seller shall obliged to provide Buyer with information on the export control classification of the goods, software, data or technology to be supplied by the Seller. All relevant export control Regulations (in particular, without limitation, the German AWG, the German AWV, the European Dual Use Regulation, the European PIC Regulation, the German GÜG, the German KWKG and the European Anti-Torture Regulation, including the corresponding U.S. Regulations) must be observed. In addition to the classification under export control law (e.g. export list number, ECCN), the Seller shall also communicate the statistics commodity code (HS code).
Export Control. You may not use, export, re-export, import, sell or transfer the Service or Apple Software, or any part thereof, except as authorized by United States law, the laws of the jurisdiction in which You obtained the Service or Apple Software, and any other applicable laws and regulations. In particular, but without limitation, the Service and the Apple Software may not be exported or re- exported (a) into any U.S. embargoed countries or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Denied Persons List or Entity List or any other restricted party lists. By using the Service or Apple Software, You represent and warrant that You are not located in any such country or on any such list. You also agree that You will not use the Service or Apple Software for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, missile, chemical or biological weapons.
