Caso o AHTS seja vistoriada em local diferente do AMRJ, o deslocamento deste local para o AMRJ será por conta e custo do VENDEDOR. O deslocamento entre portos será acompanhado por pessoal da Marinha do Brasil embarcado, a fim de certificar que as condições de operação estão em conformidade com os requisitos constantes deste Termo de Referência. O VENDEDOR deverá manter o COMPRADOR devidamente informado a respeito do itinerário do AHTS, se este for o caso, e deverá fornecer ao COMPRADOR, com antecedência mínima de vinte (20), dez (10), cinco (5) e três (3) dias da data em que o VENDEDOR pretende entregar o AHTS. Caso o VENDEDOR antecipe, independentemente de ter exercido a devida diligência, que o AHTS não estará pronto para entrega, ele poderá notificar o COMPRADOR por escrito indicando a data na qual prevê que o AHTS estará pronta para entrega. Mediante o recebimento de tal notificação, o COMPRADOR deverá ter a opção de cancelar este Acordo no prazo de três (3) dias úteis do recebimento da notificação ou a opção de aceitar a AHTS is ready for delivery.
