Quality. 6.1- SUPPLIER shall produce and deliver the products in accordance with all the applicable quality procedures and the approved samples.
Quality. Suppliers must ensure that all products, materials and ser- vices supplied to AmstedMaxion are safe and meet all appli- cable quality standards. Suppliers must also have quality as- surance processes to detect, communicate to AmstedMaxion and correct defects in order to ensure delivery of products, materials and services that meet or exceed contractual quali- ty, legal and regulatory requirements. Suppliers also agree to allow AmstedMaxion access to any of their facilities to verify their material conforms to specified requirements.
Quality. The Services described at Attachment 1 shall be provided in according to provisions oh this GENERAL AGREEMENT and its Attachments.
Quality. 7.1 All goods/services should be strictly provided according to the drawings, specifications, weight, volume, package, measures, quantities, regulatory rules and other conditions contained in the Order, and according to the samples presented and approved by the quality control of Clarios, when applicable, and products should be in perfect conditions for use.

In this case, it should be followed as provided in item 6.2, with regard to the procedures for return of the goods. 7.3 Clarios shall not be liable to the payment of the price, and the immediate cancellation of the respective invoices should occur, with the simple placement of the defective products/services, or outside the specification at the disposal of the Supplier for its withdrawal. 7.4 The price payment shall not result in a waiver of the right to the rejection of the defective products/services or outside the specification. 7.5 Clarios is solely responsible for requiring: (i) the replacement of defective goods/service or that does not comply with the specifications within the term established by Clarios; and/or the repair of the damage caused by the delay within the original term of delivery, for the existence of the defects. 7.5.1 Should Clarios opt for replacing the goods or rework of the rejected services, and if the term by Supplier is not fulfilled for the said replacement/rework, Supplier shall be subject to the penalties set forth in item 11.
