Subrogation. Any person holding a Covered Claim as a result of subrogation shall be considered, for all purposes and effects, a Covered Creditor in respect of such Covered Claim for all purposes of this Plan.
Subrogation. 10.1. Paid the compensation or started the compliance with the obligations in default by the policy holder, the insurer shall subrogate the rights and privileges of the insured against the policy holder or against third parties whose acts or facts have caused the claim.
