Support Services. Production Workflow Consulting and Editing
1. Creation and Delivery of PPT Graphic Templates for Use in Course Intro Videos
2. Creation of Intro Course Animations for the four courses chosen
3. Support for Remote Filming of Intro Video at ENAP and where appropriate CGC, including creation and use of accounts with SIPA’s remote editing platform
4. Editing of 4 intro videos - One for each mini-class – Each approximately 2-3 minutes in length
Support Services. Under VAR Delivered Support, the Supported End User should receive at least the services set out below. Partner may provide additional services in addition to the services offered under this VAR Delivered Support Model. All of the rights and obligations are between SAP and Partner. This VAR Delivered Support Model is not an agreement to the benefit of a specific End User and does not give any End User the right to sue SAP.
Support Services. Provider will provide support to Company for all Support Services Levels except Limited according to the terms set forth below. For the avoidance of doubt, Provider shall have no obligation to provide Support Services for the Limited Support Services Level.
