00 TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT. All bargaining unit staff shall, within ten (10) business days of commencing employment, receive terms of employment from the Employer which include the following: • copy of job description • start date • end date, if applicable • probation or trial period end date, if applicable • employment status • position title • work week definition applicable to their employment (standard, rotating, etc.) • hourly wage or monthly salary, whichever is applicable The employee must sign and return the terms of employment to Human Resources within ten (10) business days of receipt.
