01- Recognition. (b) It is understood that notwithstanding the expiration of a probationary period, nothing herein shall prevent the Employer from discharging an employee for purposeful falsification of records, theft or other fraudulent conduct which is hereby agreed to constitute just and sufficient cause for discharge.
