1 - SCOPE. I.1.1 The contract is [short description of subject]. I.1.2 The implementation of the project shall be performed by the “Consortium”. The Consortium is composed of the Coordinator: I.1.3 The Coordinator and the Contractor(s) shall conclude a Consortium agreement regarding the internal operation and management of the Consortium. The Consortium agreement shall include all aspects necessary for the management of the Consortium and the implementation of the contract as well as any necessary intellectual property provisions. I.1.4 The Coordinator and the Contractor(s) shall execute the tasks assigned to them in accordance with the specific Articles of this contract and with the following documents, which constitute an integral part hereof and are listed in order of precedence in case of conflict: 1) Technical Specifications and Statement of Work (SOW) 2) The Consortium’s proposal [Ref ……………. date ………], not attached hereto but known to both parties; 3) ……………………. I.1.5 It is agreed that the continuation of the activity under the present contract shall be ensured by the entity which shall succeed the GJU or by the European Commission, after the end of the period for which the GJU was established in accordance with Article 20 of Council Regulation 876/2002. The subject change shall be formalised in accordance with Article II.19 of the present contract.

1 - SCOPE. Canada ULC O/A First Student Canada recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent for purposes of collective bargaining in respect of wages and other terms and conditions of employment on behalf of employees of the Company as set out in the Certificate of the Alberta Labour Relations Board dated January 19, 2015 (Board Certificate 138-2014) and as the Certificate may be amended from time to time.

  • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • CONTRACT SCOPE Pursuant to this Contract, Contractor is authorized to sell and provide only those Goods and/or Services set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services for the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices for Goods/Services. Contractor shall not represent to any Purchaser under this Contract that Contractor has contractual authority to sell or provide any Goods and/or Services beyond those set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services.

Contractor specifically understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the District shall have the right to request any alterations, deviations, reductions, or additions to the Project or Work, and the cost thereof shall be added to or deducted from the amount of the Contract Price by fair and reasonable valuations. Contractor also agrees to provide the District with all information requested to substantiate the cost of the change order and to inform the District whether the Work will be done by the Contractor or a subcontractor. In addition to any other information requested, Contractor shall submit, prior to approval of the change order, its request for a time extension (if any), as well as all information necessary to substantiate its belief that such change will delay the completion of the Work. If Contractor fails to submit its request for a time extension or the necessary supporting information, it shall be deemed to have waived its right to request such extension.

  • Start-Up and Synchronization Consistent with the mutually acceptable procedures of the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer is responsible for the proper synchronization of the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System in accordance with NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner procedures and requirements.

  • Service Scope The following Services are covered by this Agreement; o Manned telephone support o Monitored email support o Remote assistance using Remote Desktop and a Virtual Private Network where available o Planned or Emergency Onsite assistance (extra costs apply) o Monthly system health check
