2013-2014 School Year. Each returning unit member who remains employed on the date the Agreement is signed is to receive an increase in the basic hourly or trip rate of pay of $.25 per hour plus 1.25%, over the 2012-13 rate of pay.
2013-2014 School Year. 10 The District and the Association shall negotiate salary as a reopener for the 2013-2014 school year. 11 12.1.3
2013-2014 School Year. 5 For the 2013-2014 school year the District-paid Health and Welfare Benefits cap shall remain at 6 $8,565.00.
2013-2014 School Year. 21.1.1.1 The salary schedule attached as Appendix A is effective July 1, 2013.
