A Higher Grade. (a) If the grade determined by the University is higher than the employee’s regular job grade, the employee shall be eligible for a rate higher than the employee’s attained rate provided that: If the new duties consist primarily of lead man or group leader responsibilities, the employee must be designated as the lead man or group leader by the supervisor.   • ROCK GRADATION TYPES Purchaser shall manufacture rock in accordance with the types and amounts listed in the ROCK LIST.
