Abolished Positions. (97) Employees whose positions are abolished shall exercise their seniority to displace employees with less seniority, as provided for in Article 11.8, provided they have the qualifications required.
Abolished Positions. If any existing position shall be abolished for any reason, the full-time or regular part- time Librarian in that position will be given first priority to transfer to any vacant position for which he is qualified.
