Construction Manager’s Fee The following shall be deemed included in the Construction Manager’s fee for services during the Construction Phase.
About us The Newfoundland and Labrador Centre for Health Information (the Centre) was established by the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador to provide quality information to health professionals, the public, researchers, and health system decision-makers. Through collaboration with the health system, the Centre supports the development of data and technical standards and maintains key health databases, prepares and distributes health reports and supports and carries out applied health research and evaluations. The Centre’s mandate also includes responsibility for the provincial Electronic Health Record. The Centre is a crown agency governed by a board of directors appointed by Lieutenant- Governor-in- Council and is managed by a president & chief executive officer.

As the sole finance lease platform under Zhongguancun Development Group Co., Ltd. ( 中關村發展集團股份有限公司), the Company offers efficient finance lease solutions and a variety of advisory services to satisfy technology and new economy companies’ needs for financial services at different stages of their growth. The Company’s finance lease solutions primarily take the form of direct lease and sale-and-leaseback. The Company also delivers a variety of advisory services, including policy advisory and management and business consulting, to help its customers achieve rapid growth. Information about the Factoring Bank The Factoring Bank is a joint stock bank which is principally engaged in banking and related financial services.
Name Collision Occurrence Management 6.1. No-‐Activation Period. Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-‐Activation Period ends.
Construction Administration Redeveloper shall be responsible for all components of the Redeveloper Improvements constructed by Redeveloper including construction management, coordination of contractors and regulatory permitting and other requirements. Redeveloper and its contractor(s) shall reasonably cooperate with City contractors performing work in the vicinity of the Redevelopment Project Area including, but not limited to, Redeveloper's scheduling of its work to provide for a smooth sequence of operations. The Redeveloper will be solely responsible for payment of all construction costs for the Redeveloper Improvements as set forth in this Redevelopment Agreement.
Project Monitor The Project shall be monitored by the Sponsor through the Director of the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx County Human Services Department (“Project Monitor”). In the event of noncompliance with this Grant Contract by Grantee, the Project Monitor shall report said noncompliance to the Lancaster County Board for further action which may include termination of the Grant Contract.
Construction Administration Services The Engineer shall perform construction administration services during construction as necessary. Such services shall, as part of the services to be rendered for the Engineer's established fee, include as much of the Engineer's professional services and the services of the Engineer's consultants as the State deems necessary for the well-being of the project and efficient prosecution of the construction work, but shall not include the Engineer's undertaking continuous on-site observation of the work. If the Engineer fails to perform such duties in a conscientious and reasonable manner, the State may exercise its right to terminate this contract as hereinafter provided in Section T. Additionally, it is understood and agreed to by the Engineer and the State that the duties of the Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following services:
Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair The NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System. The NYISO or the Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:
Project Monitoring The Developer shall provide regular status reports to the NYISO in accordance with the monitoring requirements set forth in the Development Schedule, the Public Policy Transmission Planning Process Manual and Attachment Y of the OATT.
