Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) – an interagency undertaking by EOHHS and MassHealth whose mission is to strengthen, expand and integrate Behavioral Health Services for Members under the age of 21 into a comprehensive system of community-based, culturally competent care. Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative Services (CBHI Services) – any of the following services: Intensive Care Coordination (ICC), Family Support and Training, In-Home Behavioral Services (including Behavior Management Therapy and Behavior Management Monitoring) and Therapeutic Mentoring Services, In-Home Therapy Services (including Therapeutic Clinical Intervention and Ongoing Therapeutic Training and Support), and Mobile Crisis Intervention. Clinical Advice and Support Line – a phone line that provides Enrollees with information to support access to and coordination of appropriate care, as described in Section 2.3.G. Care Team. The Campus Assessment, Response, and Evaluation (CARE) Team is a multi- disciplinary group who meets regularly to assess, evaluate, and respond to reports submitted concerning an enrolled student’s behavior and/or the behavior of another campus community member. Typical reports pertain to students who exhibit signs of distress, show a disturbance, and/or that present a danger.
Care Team. The Care Team advisors (maximum of two per building) will have a duty-free period.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Project Team To accomplish Owner’s objectives, Owner intends to employ a team concept in connection with the construction of the Project. The basic roles and general responsibilities of team members are set forth in general terms below but are more fully set forth in the Design Professional Contract with respect to the Design Professional, in the Program Management Agreement with any Program Manager, and in this Contract with respect to the Contractor.

  • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.

  • The Joint Committee 1. A Joint Committee is hereby established in which each Contracting Party shall be represented.

  • Joint Steering Committee [***] following the Effective Date [***], a joint steering committee (the “JSC”) will be established by the Parties to provide oversight and to facilitate information sharing between the Parties with respect to the activities under this Agreement.

  • Project Managers The JBE’s project manager is: [Insert name]. The JBE may change its project manager at any time upon notice to Contractor without need for an amendment to this Agreement. Contractor’s project manager is: [Insert name]. Subject to written approval by the JBE, Contractor may change its project manager without need for an amendment to this Agreement.
