ABSENCE FROM WORK. 16.1 In case employees are unavoidably kept from work they will not be discriminated against. An employee detained from work on account of sickness or for any other good cause, must, if possible, advise the supervisor in time to arrange for relief, and in all cases employees will make arrangements with the supervisor to lay off.
