Absent Employees. Employees who are off for the following reasons are not eligible for overtime, and should not be called and should not have refusals marked against them. a) Sickness (S.T.D. or L.T.D.) b) W.S.I.B. cases c) Vacation d) Leave of absence (excused absence) e) Disciplinary suspension f) Maintenance apprenticeship schooling (These employees are not available for overtime on weekdays but have access to overtime on weekends and holidays.)
