Academically Low Achieving Students. The School shall identify academically low achieving students and shall provide its educational program to these students in a manner that best serves their needs. Education of students with disabilities is addressed in paragraph 4.6 of this Contract.
Academically Low Achieving Students. JRCS shall identify academically low achieving, at-risk students and exceptional students as defined in regulations adopted by the State Board, and shall provide its educational program to these students in a manner that best serves their needs, as set forth in Exhibits A and B.
Academically Low Achieving Students. Community Roots shall identify academically low achieving students and shall provide its educational program to these students in a manner that best serves their needs.
Academically Low Achieving Students i. CLA shall identify academically low achieving students and shall provide its educational program to these students in a manner that best serves their needs. CLA will utilize the same or similar intervention curriculum for reading and math used by the District. Students not making adequate progress after six weeks will be offered interventions including additional face to face instructional time in the learning center. If there is no improvement after an additional six weeks, CLA must notify the Special Education Teacher immediately.

The Charter School shall identify academically low-achieving, at-risk students and “exceptional children” as defined in regulations adopted by the State Board, and shall provide its educational program to these students in a manner that best serves their needs, as determined by each student’s parents, teacher(s), the Administrator, and/or the Charter School Board.
Academically Low Achieving Students. CCS shall identify academically low achieving students and shall provide opportunities within its educational program for remediation of the specific areas of deficiency.
Academically Low Achieving Students. Charter Academy shall identify academically low achieving students and shall provide its educational program to these students in a manner that best serves their needs.

Community Roots shall identify academically low achieving students and shall provide its educational program to these students in a manner that best serves their needs. Students who are not receiving a passing grade in at least one subject are entitled to support. This support can be of different magnitude, and a distinction is made between supplemental support (or “need-supported” teaching”) and special education support. Supplemental support is less extensive and possible to implement within the frames of regular instruction. CRS will follow District guidelines before referring for formal support. The student identified will be discussed in a “CARE” team setting where concerns are generated, and support and intervention strategies are discussed and implemented. No formal decision has to be made to implement this category of support, but the support is supposed to be documented in the student’s “pre referral for special education plan”, the support needs to be documented on the District referral plan if the student continues to struggle.

Liberty Common shall identify academically low-achieving, at-risk students and “exceptional children” as defined in regulations adopted by the Colorado State Board of Education, and shall provide its educational program to these students in a manner that appropriately serves their needs in accordance with governing law, as set forth in the Application, Renewal Application, and this Renewal Contract.
