Use of Network. Publisher agrees to use, and Creative Clicks agrees to make available, the Network during the term in order to receive, download and make available Ads from Advertiser to Publisher for use on Publisher Web Sites according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and/or any additional limitations or restrictions provided in connection with the relevant Ads (the “Marketing Service”). Publisher will be solely responsible for the marketing and distribution activities used by it in connection with the distributing and/or displaying the Ads, and for any costs or expenses connected therewith.

Use of Network. (a) Press Association shall establish the Network, in accordance with Exhibit A, which shall consist of, among other things, the placement of Receivers (as defined in Exhibit A) in a minimum of 600 television stations ("Receive Points"). Subject to the terms of this Agreement, VBC is hereby granted the right to use the Network to transmit VBC Information.
(b) If a television station requests that Press Association terminate delivery of VBC Information to such station, Press Association will promptly provide VBC with notice of such request, and VBC shall have 30 business days from the date of such notice to acquire the written permission from such station to continue to receive VBC Information. VBC will deliver a copy of such written approval to Press Association. If no such written approval is furnished to Press Association at the end of such 30 day period, Press Association will no longer provide VBC Information to such television station.
(c) Press Association hereby agrees to share up to 50% of the transmission capacity of the Network with VBC in order to enable VBC to transmit VBC Information solely to television newsrooms (the "Receive Points").
(d) Press Association shall transmit VBC Information in accordance with the specifications set forth on Exhibit A annexed hereto and made a part hereof. Transmission of satellite publicity advisories ("Satellite Publicity Advisories"), and video publicity advisories ("Video Publicity Advisories") (the "Advisories") shall conform to the statements or guidelines adopted by Press Association for its newswire transmissions.
(e) VBC shall have the exclusive right to market VBC Information for distribution over the Network. VBC expressly acknowledges and agrees that customers of AP Express Newspaper Network may elect to send the same information as it is being sent over the AP Express Newspaper Network via the Network to Receive Points with the permission of such Receive Points. For purposes of this Paragraph of this Agreement, the "AP Express Newspaper Network" is a shared data network for broadcast, cable and direct broadcast satellite television networks primarily for delivery of material to non-broadcast interests such as newspapers, trade publications and related parties.
(f) Both Press Association and VBC hereby agree that they and their affiliates will transmit no more than 10,000 words per day of textual material other than Advisories ("non-Advisory Material") to any Receive Point which has only one Receiver...
Use of Network. Each Participant shall be entitled to Network Rights, in accordance with the Plans and Specifications reflecting the facilities and transmission capability interconnecting each Participant's facilities. Each Participant's Network Rights shall be in direct proportion to its Equity Contribution. Participants may agree to joint use of Network Rights if such use is determined by the Participants to be in the public interest. Participants may allow the use of their Network Rights by others, under rules established by the Agency, provided such use is for a governmental purpose and such use does not cause the Network or the Participants to be considered a carrier, common carrier or public utility under state or federal law or regulations. For the purposes of this Agreement, the term governmental use shall include both governmental and proprietary uses by a municipality or other governmental entity. The initial ownership of Strands, subject to amendment by agreement of all of the Participants, shall be as set out on Exhibit B. Exhibit B also includes the formula for determining Network Rights.
Use of Network. Each Party:
(a) must not use or permit the use of the Service, install, connect, link or use (or permit the installation, connection, linking or use of) any telecommunications equipment in contravention of any law;
(b) must not, and must use reasonable endeavours to ensure that its customers or end users do not, use the Service to transmit, publish or communicate material which is defamatory, offensive, abusive, indecent, menacing or unwanted; and
(c) must not use the Service, and must use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Service is not used, to send excessive unsolicited data.
Use of Network. Publisher agrees to use, and Smartclip agrees to make available, the Network during the Term in order to receive, download and make available Ads from Advertiser on Publisher Web Sites according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. As between Publisher and Smartclip, Publisher shall be solely responsible for reception, download and making available of all Ads and all technical necessities in order to address the End-‐Users via its Publisher Web Sites.
Use of Network. In connection with your activities on the Network, you shall (i) operate your business in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, (ii) to the extent reasonably practical, use the Network to obtain products and services of the type offered by members thereof, (iii) consistently encourage the use of the Network by private investigators and other participants in the risk management industry, (iv) promptly respond to all requests for services or products received from, and promptly pay for all services or products ordered from, other members of the Network, (v) make no false or misleading representations to any party with regard to the Network or any product or service offered by you, and (vi) not participate or engage in any illegal, deceptive, misleading, unethical or improper practice or infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy. You further agree not to (vii) disseminate any information about another member of the Network without the prior consent of such member, or (viii) send unsolicited e-mails or other types of communications to any member of the Network for any purpose other than requesting the delivery of products or services provided by such member or a proposal to provide any such product or service. Your use of the VenAssure acknowledges that VenAssure does NOT perform nor attempt to perform any one or more of the following function(s) on behalf of an insurance company, third-party administrator for self-insured companies, client, or any other person, such as:
(1) Administering an investigator panel;
(2) Recruiting, qualifying, sponsoring licensure or certification, and negotiating fees and service level expectations with persons who are part of an investigator panel;
(3) Receiving an order for an investigation agency from one person and delivering that order to an investigator who is part of a different investigation agency for completion;
(4) Manually tracking and determining the status of orders beyond the business rules set in the Network by the Client for investigations;
(5) Conducting quality control of a completed investigation prior to the delivery of the investigation to the person that ordered the investigation;

Use of Network. Except for (i) the CBOT's offering of CBOT Restricted Products on other existing electronic trading networks which offerings shall cease within six (6) months following the CBOT Commercial Start, and (ii) any Eurex Exchange's offering of Eurex Restricted Products on existing electronic trading networks which offerings shall cease within six (6) months following the CBOT Commercial Start, each Party within the CBOT Group agrees that, during the Term, such Parties and their Affiliates shall offer CBOT Restricted Products for electronic trading only through the Network, and each Party within the Eurex Group agrees that, during the Term, such Parties, the Eurex Exchanges and their Affiliates shall offer Eurex Restricted Products for electronic trading only through the Network.
Use of Network. Member must comply with any copyright notices, privacy policies, license terms or other notices appearing on screen or as part of any material on the Internet or on Urban Office Place’s network. Member must not copy, use or exploit such software or other material in any way, unless explicitly given permission to do so by Urban Office Place. Member must strictly comply with the terms of any such permission that we give. Urban Office Place does not make any representations as the security of the network (or the Internet) or of any information placed on it. Member should adopt whatever security measures (such as encryption) Member believes are appropriate to Member’s circumstances. Urban Office Place does not warrant that use of the network will be uninterrupted or error-free.
