Access; Export of Data. During the Term, Google will provide Customer with access to and the ability to correct, block and export Customer Data in a manner consistent with the functionality of the Services and in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. To the extent Customer, in its use and administration of the Services during the Term, does not have the ability to correct or block Customer Data as required by applicable law, or to migrate Customer Data to another system or service provider, Google will comply with any reasonable requests by Customer to assist in facilitating such actions to the extent Google is legally permitted to do so and has reasonable access to the Customer Data.

To the extent Partner, in its use and administration of the Services during the Term, does not have the ability to amend or delete Partner Data (as required by applicable law), or migrate Partner Data to another system or service provider, Google will, at Partner’s reasonable expense, comply with any reasonable requests by Partner to assist in facilitating such actions to the extent Google is legally permitted to do so and has reasonable access to the relevant Partner Data.
Access; Export of Data. During the term of the Agreement, FullStory will make available to Customer, Customer Personal Data in a manner consistent with the functionality of the Services and in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. To the extent Customer, in its use and administration of the Services during the term of the Agreement, does not have the ability to amend or delete Customer Personal Data (as required by Applicable Data Protection Laws), or migrate Customer Personal Data to another system or service provider, FullStory will, at Customer’s reasonable expense, comply with any reasonable requests from Customer to assist in facilitating such actions to the extent FullStory is legally permitted to do so and has reasonable access to the relevant Customer Personal Data.

  • Licensee Data Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensee will be solely responsible for backing-up, and taking all appropriate measures to protect and secure, Licensee Data. Licensee acknowledges that Nuix may make, store and maintain back up copies of Licensee Data, but is not obliged to do so. Nuix will not be liable for any loss or corruption of Licensee Data.

You warrant that You have obtained all consents necessary under applicable law from Your Authorised Users to disclose User Data to the RIM Group of Companies and for the RIM Group of Companies to collect, use, process, transmit, and/or disclose such User Data as described above.

  • Use of information, data and software In the event that you receive any data, information or software via the Trading Platform other than that which you are entitled to receive pursuant to this Client Agreement, you will immediately notify us and will not use, in any way whatsoever, such data, information or software.
