Access Restriction. Recipient agrees to use technical and logical safeguards to ensure that only those employees assisting with the preparation of its Response to the Request for Proposal have access to the Confidential Information and Confidential Data.
Access Restriction. The Parties shall restrict access to Confidential Information to as few as practicable of their employees and agents, and in all cases shall restrict such knowledge to only those employees and agents who are directly connected with the performance of the services hereunder.
Access Restriction. Access to and use of student email is considered a privilege accorded at the discretion of the Xxxxxxx County School Corporation. The Corporation maintains the right to immediately withdraw the access and use of these services including email when there is reason to believe that violations of law or Corporation policies have occurred. In such cases, the alleged violation will be referred to a building Administrator and/or prosecutor for further investigation and adjudication.

The District maintains the right to immediately withdraw the access and use of these services, including email, when there is reason to believe that violations of the law or District policies have occurred. In such cases, the alleged violation will be referred to a building administrator for further investigation and adjudication.
Access Restriction. Access to and use of G Suite, including communication between students, is considered a privilege accorded at the discretion of the Montessori Academy of London. The Academic Director and/or Executive Director maintains the right to immediately withdraw the access and use of these services when there is reason to believe that violations of law or school policies have occurred. In such cases, the alleged violation will be referred to the Academic and/or Executive Director for further investigation and adjudication.
Access Restriction. Access to Applied's network and the Confidential Information contained thereon is granted to Supplier solely to facilitate the performance of Supplier's obligations under this Agreement and the IPA, is limited to the specific information, applications, systems, time periods and personnel approved by Supplier and Applied and is subject to the obligations regarding confidentiality of Article 4 of the IPA. Access is subject to and Supplier agrees to be governed by business control and information protection policies, standards, and guidelines of Applied. Use of any other Applied information, applications, systems or in other time periods or by other personnel is expressly prohibited. This prohibition applies even when information or an application or system that Supplier is authorized to access serves as a gateway to other information, application(s) or system outside the scope of Supplier's authorization. Without limiting the foregoing, Supplier shall be responsible for the implementation and execution of security measures as to its operations and personnel designed to comply with the above obligations and to insure that access granted hereunder will not impair the integrity and availability of Applied's information, applications and systems.
Access Restriction. Access to and use of student Google accounts are considered a privilege accorded at the discretion of HHRS. The HHRS District maintains the right to immediately withdraw the access and use of a student Google account when there is reason to believe that a student has engaged in any of the prohibited conduct set forth above or has otherwise violated the law or the Rules & Responsibilities set forth in the HHRS Computer Acceptable Use Policy. In such cases, the alleged violation will be referred to the Principal for further investigation and adjudication.
Access Restriction. Fluency, Inc. reserves the right to deny to any Client or any End User, in its sole discretion, access to the Services or any portion thereof without notice. Client is responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of password(s) and user name(s) created by Client or any of its Clients for use with the Services and for any use or misuse of their Fluency, Inc’s account resulting from any third party using a password or user name created by Client or any of its Clients. Client shall be solely responsible for securing access to its and its Clients’ data. Fluency, Inc. shall in no event be liable for any unauthorized access to any data stored using the Software.
Access Restriction. The Supplier shall refrain from disclosing or delivering technical materials owned by MBBras, in whole or in part, to third parties, nor from manufacturing parts using, for this purpose, the content of said technical material, whether raw or finished, without receipt of the Purchase Order from DCM, as the case may be, and also without the prior written consent of MBBras.
Access Restriction. The Supplier shall treat Personal Data confidentially and with the same level of security as it treats its data and information of a confidential nature, even if these GPTC and the Contract(s) are terminated and regardless of the reasons for their termination or termination.
