ACCESS TO CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. The Contractor shall report any adverse action or information that prevents or may prevent a Contractor from retaining access to classified material to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Contractor FSO immediately.
ACCESS TO CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. Access to Classified Information under this Agreement shall be limited to individuals, who have a Need-to-Know and who are duly authorized in accordance with the national laws and regulations of the Recipient Party to have access to Classified Information of the equivalent Classification Level.
ACCESS TO CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. If access to classified information in the performance of this Agreement is required, CONTRACTOR shall furnish the LMC Security Department with all data required to obtain or verify a personal security clearance with access to such Classified Information. Under no circumstances shall CONTRACTOR perform service(s) involving access to classified information until CONTRACTOR’S security clearance has been obtained or verified by LMC.
ACCESS TO CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. NGA shall have sole authority to determine whether, and to what extent, classified information shall be provided to the Collaborator under this Agreement. Access shall be in accordance with the attached Form DD254 and any security addenda pertaining to this Agreement. Collaborator will return to NGA or destroy all classified information released to the collaborator in support of this CRADA at the conclusion of the CRADA. Unclassified information shall be treated as is consistent with this Agreement. NGA is not presently resourced to sponsor Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) or communication lines for sensitive networks for CRADA activities. NGA will consider entering a co-utilization agreement with the sponsoring agency/organization for an existing SCIF.
ACCESS TO CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. Access to Classified Information shall be limited to individuals who have a Need-to-Know, and who, in accordance with national laws and regulations, are authorized to have access to Classified Information of the equivalent security classification level, and who have been briefed accordingly.
ACCESS TO CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. Access to classified information under this Agreement shall be limited only to individuals, who have been issued an appropriate Personnel Security Clearance Certificate or who are duly authorized in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in their state.
ACCESS TO CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. Performance of this Agreement shall require access to classified information at the top secret level involving U.S. or U.K. national security. The Consultant must furnish the Corporation with all data required to obtain or verify personal security clearance with regard to access to classified information. Under no circumstances may the Consultant perform Services involving access to classified information until the Consultant’s security clearance has been obtained or verified by the Corporation.
ACCESS TO CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. Access to Classified Information shall be limited to individuals who have a Need to Know and who have been appropriately briefed on their responsibilities and obligations to protect Classified Information. Access to Classified Information at the SEVIŠĶI SLEPENI, UK TOP SECRET, SLEPENI, UK SECRET or KONFIDENCIĀLI levels shall be limited to individuals who have been granted an appropriate PSC. As an exception, certain individuals may be allowed access to Classified Information by virtue of their function if permitted under their respective national laws and regulations. For Latvian and British nationals requiring access to Classified Information generated and/or exchanged under this Agreement the PSC process shall be undertaken by their respective NSA or CSA in accordance with national laws and regulations. If applicable the NSA or CSA of the other Party shall provide assistance in carrying out security investigations in accordance with its national laws and regulations. Access to Classified Information at the SEVIŠĶI SLEPENI or UK TOP SECRET level by an individual who has been authorised to access Classified Information to that level, in accordance with paragraph 2 of this Article, and holding single Latvian or British nationality, or holding dual Latvian and British nationality, may be granted without the prior written approval of the Originating Party. Access by individuals not holding one of the nationalities as set out in this paragraph shall require the prior written approval of the Originating Party. Access to Classified Information at the UK SECRET, SLEPENI or KONFIDENCIĀLI levels by an individual who has been authorised to access Classified Information to at least that level, in accordance with paragraph 2 of this Article, and holding either single Latvian or British nationality, or holding dual nationality where at least one part is Latvian or British, may be granted without the prior written approval of the Originating Party. Access by individuals not holding the nationalities as set out in this paragraph shall require the prior written approval of the Originating Party. A PSC is not required for access to Classified Information at the DIENESTA VAJADZĪBĀM or UK OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE level.
ACCESS TO CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. Performance of this contract requires that the Contractor, subcontractor(s), vendor(s), etc., (herein known as Seller) require(s) access to classified National Security Information (herein known as classified information). Classified information is Government information, which requires protection in accordance with Executive Order 12958, Classified National Security Information, and supplementing directives. The Seller shall abide by the requirements set forth in the DD Form 254, Contract Security Classification Specification, provided in Section J of the subcontract, and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) for the protection of classified information at its cleared facility, if applicable, as directed by the Defense Investigative Service. If the Seller has access to classified information at a Buyer or Government facility, it shall abide by the requirements set by that agency.
ACCESS TO CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. Should access to Industry Canada's classified information be required in the preparation of their respective portions of the work on the Civic Portal Software, both the Parties shall meet the security clearance requirements of Industry Canada as set forth in government laws and regulations. The Parties agree that all of their personnel who, pursuant to this Agreement, will have access to such classified information, shall have an appropriate personal security clearance, which is still in effect, prior to being accorded access to such information.
