ACCESS TO CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. The Contractor shall report any adverse action or information that prevents or may prevent a Contractor from retaining access to classified material to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Contractor FSO immediately. Secure Internet Protocol Network (SIPRNET) access required to perform this contract. The COR will identify contract employees that are required to have SIPRNET access. The Contractor employees are not authorized to access, download, or further disseminate any classified information from SIPRNET which is outside the scope of the defined contract requirements unless specifically authorized in writing by the Government Program Manager and the KO. The Contractor must complete and forward to the KO, a SIPRNET Access Request Form for approval by the Requiring Activity SIPRNET Information Assurance Manager (IAM) prior to receiving access. NOTE: A NATO Awareness brief and acknowledgement is required for all personnel prior to access to the SIPRNET. Since the SIPRNET contains NATO information, a NATO Awareness briefing informing personnel how to protect NATO information is mandatory for everyone who requires access to the SIPRNET. A written acknowledgment shall be maintained by the COR.

ACCESS TO CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. Access to Classified Information under this Agreement shall be limited only to individuals upon the Need-to-know principle, to whom an appropriate Personnel Security Clearance Certificate has been issued in accordance with the national laws and regulations and who have been briefed on their responsibilities for the protection of Classified Information.
ACCESS TO CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. If access to classified information in the performance of this Agreement is required, CONTRACTOR shall furnish the LMC Security Department with all data required to obtain or verify a personal security clearance with access to such Classified Information. Under no circumstances shall CONTRACTOR perform service(s) involving access to classified information until CONTRACTOR’S security clearance has been obtained or verified by LMC.
ACCESS TO CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. NGA shall have sole authority to determine whether, and to what extent, classified information shall be provided to the Collaborator under this Agreement. Access shall be in accordance with the attached Form DD254 and any security addenda pertaining to this Agreement. Collaborator will return to NGA or destroy all classified information released to the collaborator in support of this CRADA at the conclusion of the CRADA. Unclassified information shall be treated as is consistent with this Agreement. NGA is not presently resourced to sponsor Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) or communication lines for sensitive networks for CRADA activities. NGA will consider entering a co-utilization agreement with the sponsoring agency/organization for an existing SCIF.
