Common use of Access to Employer's Premises Clause in Contracts

Access to Employer's Premises. The Employer agrees that accredited union representatives of the Council and its constituent unions may have access to the Employer's premises upon notice to and the consent of the Employer and such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
