Access to School Facilities. Teachers may have access to school facilities after school hours for work related to their teacher duties. Scheduling access shall be the result of mutual agreement between teacher and worksite supervisor.

Access to School Facilities. A. The Union may use school buildings for meetings of its officers and members provided that such meetings do not conflict with the regularly scheduled school day or other scheduled school or teacher activities, and provided further that the Union notify the Superintendent or his designated representative at least twenty- four (24) hours in advance of such meeting. If such meetings entail additional maintenance or custodial expense, the Board may make a reasonable charge therefore.
Access to School Facilities. MSEA shall have the right to the use of school buildings and facilities in accordance with SWMetro’s policies; rules and regulations, provided such use shall not interfere with normal school activities and functions. MSEA shall also have the right to use SWMetro’s mailboxes, email, web site, bulletin boards and other similar SWMetro media to provide notice to MSEA members about local Union business concerning the entire MSEA membership. SWMetro mailboxes, email, web site, bulletin boards and other similar SWMetro media should not be utilized by MSEA for any political purpose other than MSEA business and MSEA leadership. SWMetro reserves the right to assess charges for additional custodial and operational expense beyond normal maintenance costs resulting from such use.

  • Access to Facilities Each of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries will permit any representatives designated by the Purchaser (or any successor of the Purchaser), upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, at such person's expense and accompanied by a representative of the Company, to:
