ACCIDENTS, THEFT AND VANDALISM. You must promptly and properly report any accident, theft or vandalism involv- ing the Car to Hertz and to the police in the jurisdiction in which such incident takes place. You should obtain details of witnesses and other vehicles involved and their drivers, owners and relevant insurances wherever possible. If You or any Authorized Operator receive any papers relating to such an incident, those papers must be promptly given to Hertz. You and any Authorized Operators must cooperate fully with Xxxxx’x investigation of such incident and defense of any resulting claim. FAILURE TO COOPERATE FULLY MAY VOID ALL LIABILITY PROTECTION, PAI/ PEC, LIS, LDW, LLDW AND PDW. You and any Authorized Operators authorize Hertz to obtain any records or information relating to any incident, irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which the incident occurs and waive any right to object to such jurisdiction.
ACCIDENTS, THEFT AND VANDALISM. You must, where possible, report any traffic accident involving the vehicle to the police (and us) immediately and report loss, damage or theft involving the vehicle to the police (and us) within 24 hours of the incident or discovery of the incident. Our insurance requires that you must not admit to any liability, release any party from liability, settle any claim or accept any disclaimer in the event of the accident, but should, if possible, take the names and addresses of everyone involved, including witnesses, car registration numbers, together with all the details of the accident, time, place, how it came about, damage to vehicles etc. If you have a camera, take photos of the scene. Please do not move the vehicles before the police arrive, as long as keeping them in situ is a safe thing to do. An accident or theft report form must always be completed and submitted to us when you return the vehicle or within 3 days of return of the vehicle, containing all the above information, plus diagrams if possible. In the event of theft, you must return the keys to us where possible. You agree to co-operate with us and our insurers in any investigation or subsequent legal proceedings, providing evidence and attending court if necessary, arising out of any loss of or damage to the vehicle. We will be happy to return your belongings left in the vehicle at an administration charge of £10 plus postage for each item. This will be deducted from your security deposit or invoiced as necessary.
ACCIDENTS, THEFT AND VANDALISM. The Guest shall immediately report any incident, theft or vandalism involving the Vehicle or its passengers to CanaDream Inc. and to the Police in the jurisdiction where the incident takes place. The Guest shall further deliver to CanaDream Inc. or its insurer every process, pleading, notice or paper of any kind received by the Guest or any driver of the Vehicle or its passengers relating to any claim, suit or proceeding in connection with any incident or event involving the Vehicle. Neither the Guest nor any driver of the Vehicle shall aid or abet the assertion of any claim, suit or proceeding and shall cooperate fully with CanaDream Inc. and its insurers investigating and defending the same. FAILURE TO REPORT ANY INCIDENT WITHIN 24 HOURS WILL VOID ALL LIABILITY PROTECTION. GUESTS WHO HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN ANY INCIDENT AND DROP OFF THE VEHICLE WITH NO WRITTEN ACCIDENT REPORT AND POLICE FILE NUMBER WILL VOID THEIR INSURANCE COVERAGE AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF ALL REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS RESULTING FROM DAMAGES.
ACCIDENTS, THEFT AND VANDALISM. 11.1 The Hirer must, where possible, report to the police and Wam Bam:
(a) any traffic accident involving the Van as soon as practicable; and / or
(b) report loss, damage or theft involving the Van within 12 hours of the incident or immediately upon discovery of the incident.
11.2 In accordance with the Insurance Policy, the Hirer must not admit to any liability, release any party from liability, settle any claim or accept any disclaimer in the event of the accident, but should, where possible, take the names and addresses of everyone involved, including witnesses, vehicle registration numbers, together with all the details of the accident, time, place, how it came about and damage to vehicles.
11.3 If the Hirer has a camera, the Hirer shall take photos of the scene. The Hirer must not move the vehicles before the police arrive, provided that keeping them in situ is a safe thing to do.
11.4 An accident or theft report form must always be completed and submitted to Wam Bam on Return or within three days of Return, containing all the above information. In the event of theft, the Hirer must return the keys to Wam Bam.
11.5 The Hirer agrees to co-operate with Wam Bam and their insurers in any investigation or subsequent legal proceedings, providing evidence and attending court if necessary, arising out of any loss of or damage to the Van.
ACCIDENTS, THEFT AND VANDALISM a. You are obligated to report any traffic accident, loss, damage or theft involving the car to the police and to Hertz immediately.
b. You must not admit any liability, release any party from liability or settle any claim nor accept any disclaimer in the event of an accident, but should take the names and addresses of everyone involved, including witnesses.
c. A Hertz accident or theft report form must always be completed and submitted to Hertz when you return the car. In the event of theft, you must return the keys and any remote-control anti-theft device to Hertz. If you do not comply with the requirements of this paragraph 11, any optional coverage you take to reduce or eliminate your liability (including CDW, TP and SC) will be void.
d. You agree to cooperate with Hertz and our insurers in any investigation or subsequent legal proceedings arising out of loss of or damage to the car.
ACCIDENTS, THEFT AND VANDALISM. You must promptly and properly report any accident, theft of vandalism involving the vehicle to Xxxx Xxxxx Motors Ltd. and to the police in the jurisdiction in which such incident takes place. You should obtain details of witnesses and other vehicles involved and their drivers, owners, and relevant insurances wherever possible if the renter or any authorized operator receive any papers relating to such an incident, those papers must be promptly given to Xxxx Xxxxx Motors Ltd. You and any authorized operators must cooperate fully with Xxxx Xxxxx Motors Ltd. investigation of such incident and defense of any resulting claim. Failure to cooperate fully may void all loss protection. You and any authorized operators authorize Xxxx Xxxxx Motors Ltd. to obtain any records or information relating to any incident, irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which the incident occurs and waive any right to object such jurisdictions.

Customer must promptly and properly report any accident, theft or vandalism involving the Equipment to M&B and to the police in the jurisdiction in which such incident takes place. Customer should obtain details of witnesses and other vehicles involved and their drivers, owners and relevant insurances wherever possible. If Customer or any Qualified Operator receive any papers relating to such an incident, those papers must be promptly given to M&B. Customer and any Qualified Operators must cooperate fully with M&B’s investigation of such incident and defense of any resulting claim. FAILURE TO COOPERATE FULLY MAY VOID ANY AND ALL LIABILITY PROTECTION PURCHASED FROM, OR PROVIDED BY, M&B. Customer and any Qualified Operators authorize M&B to obtain any records or information relating to any incident, consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which the incident occurs and waive any right to object to such jurisdiction.

12.2 You must not admit any liability, release any party from liability, settle any claim or accept any disclaimer in the event of an accident, but should take the names and addresses of everyone involved, including witnesses.
12.3 A European Accident Statement or complaint form must always be completed and submitted to us when you return the vehicle. In the event of theft, you must return the keys and any remote control anti-theft device to us. If you do not comply with the requirements of this paragraph 11, any coverage provided to eliminate your liability will be void.
12.4 You agree to co-operate with us and our insurers in any investigation or subsequent legal pro- ceedings arising out of any loss of or damage to the vehicle.
ACCIDENTS, THEFT AND VANDALISM. 10.1. The Hirer must promptly and properly report any accident, theft or vandalism involving the equipment to the Owner and to the police. The Hirer should obtain details of witnesses and other vessels involved and their operators, owners and relevant insurances wherever possible. If the Hirer receives any papers relating to such an incident, those papers must be promptly given to the Owner. The Hirer must cooperate fully with Owner’s investigation of such incidents and defence of any resulting claim. The Hirer authorises the Owner to obtain any records or information relating to any incident, irrevocably and unconditionally consents and submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and waives any right to object to such jurisdiction.
ACCIDENTS, THEFT AND VANDALISM. You shall use best endeavours to report any traffic accident, theft or vandalism involving the Van to the police and us immediately. You shall not, as required by the Van’s insurance policy, admit to any liability, release any party from liability, settle any claim or accept any disclaimer. You shall, if possible, take the names and addresses of everyone involved, including witnesses, car registration numbers, together with all the details of the accident, time, place, how it came about, damage to vehicles etc. If you have a camera, take photos of the scene. Please do not move the Van before the police arrive, as long as keeping them in situ is a safe thing to do. An accident and/or theft and/or vandalism report form must always be completed and submitted to us when you return the Van, containing all the above information, plus diagrams if possible. In the event of theft, you shall return the keys to us where possible.
