ACCOMMODATION FOR LABOUR. The contractor shall during the progress of the works, provide erect and maintain necessary living accommodation and ancillary facilities for labour at his own expenses and to standards and scales as approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

ACCOMMODATION FOR LABOUR. The contractor shall during the progress of the work, provide, erect and maintain at his own expense and approved standards and scales, all necessary temporary living and sanitary accommodation required for his work people on the site, in connection with the execution of the work and also arrange for supply of wholesome drinking water for his work people. The planning, sitting, layout and erection of these temporary buildings shall be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge and the whole of such temporary accommodation shall at all times during the progress of the work be kept tidy and in clean sanitary conditions to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge and at the contractor’s expenses. The contractor shall confirm generally to the sanitary requirements of the local medical and health authority and at all times with such precautions that may be necessary to prevent soil pollution of the site. On completion of the work all such temporary buildings shall be cleaned away, all rubbish burnt, excrete or other disposal pits or trenches filled and effectively sealed off and the whole of the site left clean and tidy to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer- in-Charge and at the contractors expense.
ACCOMMODATION FOR LABOUR. The contractors shall arrange accommodation for the work people at his own expenses during the progress of the work. BHEL will not provide any accommodation or place for accommodation to the contractor.

AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Roadside Assistance If you purchase the optional Roadside Assistance, we will provide you with 24/7 breakdown assistance (where available) without additional charge. Roadside Assistance includes replacement of lost keys or key fobs, flat tire service, jumpstart, and key lockout services. When deciding whether to purchase Roadside Assistance, you may wish to check whether you have you have other coverage for the services. Roadside Assistance is not insurance. Roadside Assistance is void if you are in breach of this Agreement, including the prohibited uses in paragraph 5.

  • Voluntary Request for Assistance A member may voluntarily enter rehabilitation without a requirement of prior testing. A member who desires Employee Assistance Program (EAP) assistance may notify the City's EAP Administrator. A member who seeks voluntary assistance through his/her own service provider without notifying the City's EAP Administrator will not receive the protections from discipline afforded by this Section 17.11. Any member who does voluntarily seek assistance and who notifies the City's EAP Administrator before the member is asked to submit to a drug or alcohol test or is under investigation for drug or alcohol abuse, shall not be disciplined, but the member must:

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by MLTC for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by MLTC, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit MLTC to route the MLTC Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by MLTC. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MLTC and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis.
