Account Password/Security. After initial activation of your Account, you will choose a user name and password to securely access your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for any and all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify Yapta immediately of any unauthorized use of your password, your Account or any other breach of security. You, and not Yapta, will not be liable for any losses resulting from third party use of your password or Account, either with or without your knowledge or consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. Certain Site features and Services may require a subscriber or registration fee to gain access. Members agree not to share their username and password with anyone. You agree to (i) immediately notify Company of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (ii) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 6.

If you do not, or Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have not, Company has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future us of the Site. Membership Data and certain other information about you are subject to our Privacy Policy.
c. Company reserves the right to approve or disapprove any Membership application at any time for any reason with any conditions at the sole discretion of Company. Company reserves the right to terminate any Member account at any time for any reason with any conditions at the sole discretion of Company.

To access and use certain feature of DAIPL website Authorized Dealer / Channel Partner need to create an account on the Website subject to approval from DAIPL admin/Officer. Once you chose to create an account on DAIPL website you need to furnish true, correct and accurate information about yourself and your business at the same time you are responsible to maintain your Login id and password confidentiality if any, inform DAIPL immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering; and take all responsibility direct or incidental for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to immediately notify DAIPL of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breach.

Citrix Online shall not be liable for any loss that Customer may incur as a result of a third party using its password or account, either with or without its knowledge. Customer may be held liable for losses incurred by Citrix Online and/or another party due to a third party using Customer’s account or password.

Player Authenticate, LLC shall not be liable for any loss that Customer may incur as a result of a third party using its password or account, either with or without its knowledge. Customer may be held liable for losses incurred by Player Authenticate, LLC or another party due to a third party using Customer's account or password.

SmartAlert shall not be liable for any loss that Customer may incur as a result of a third party using its password or account, either with or without its knowledge. Customer may be held liable for losses incurred by SmartAlert or another party due to a third party using Customer's account or password.

User agrees to notify Autani immediately of any unauthorized use of its account or any other breach of security. Autani shall not be liable for any loss that User may incur as a result of a third party using its password or account, either with or without its knowledge. User may be held liable for losses incurred by Autani and/or another party due to a third party using User's account or password.
Account Password/Security. You are the sole authorized user of your Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password and Account number or information provided by you or us for accessing the Service. You are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or Account. We have no control over the use of your Account and expressly disclaim any liability derived therefrom. Should you suspect that any unauthorized party may be using your password or Account, or you suspect any other breach of security, you must contact us immediately.
