Accreditation Costs. 8.8.1 Each unit member hired on or after July 1, 2021, who completes the New Teacher Induction Program while they remain a District employee shall be reimbursed up to $7,200 for program tuition. This cost will be pre-paid for every participating teacher in the amount of $1,800 per semester or $3,600 per year to the Induction Program provider. The District recognizes the possibility that the teacher may resign or be released midpoint and not complete the program and will not require repayment from the teacher.
