Accrual of Annual Leave Credits. i. Annual leave credits are not accumulated and may not be used during the first six months of employment for an employee in an original probationary period. However, an employee who has completed an original probationary period in state government will be allowed to accumulate annual leave credits upon employment in the Judicial Branch.
