Accrual of Sick Leave Credits. (a) Upon completion five hundred and three point seven five (503.75) hours worked, Regular and Temporary Employees shall be allowed a credit for sick leave computed from the date she last commenced employment as a Regular or Temporary Full-time Employee at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½) working days for each full month of employment up to a maximum credit of one hundred and twenty (120) working days.
