Accrual Rate of Sick Leave. Employees accrue paid sick leave at the rate of .0308 hours for each hour paid, excluding overtime and double-time hours. Hours are calculated and available for appropriate use at the end of each two-week pay period. These hours shall be accumulated and become part of the employee's Short-Term Disability Account (STDA). Sick leave may be accrued to a maximum of two hundred and forty (240) hours.

  • Vacation Leave Accrual Rate Schedule Full Years of Service Hours Per Year

  • Rate of Compensation In lieu of direct compensation for all overtime, shift work and standby (as defined in Articles 16, 17 and 18 of this Agreement), regular full-time employees shall receive a special compensation of 7% of their basic salary earned for each calendar year.   • Vacation Accrual Rates Laid off employees who are re-employed shall have the vacation accrual rate they held immediately prior to layoff restored.
