Common use of Accumulation of Annual Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Accumulation of Annual Sick Leave. a) The unused portion of an employee's sick leave shall accrue for her future benefit to a maximum of eighty-five (85) days. The record of an employee's accumulated sick leave credits shall be made available to each employee, in writing, upon an employee's request.
