Common use of Accumulation of Annual Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Accumulation of Annual Sick Leave. The unused portion of an employee's sick leave shall accrue from year to year, to a maximum of one hundred and sixty (160) days (sixteen hundred (1600) hours), for his/her future benefits.
