TERMINATION OF ORDERS Participating Entities may terminate an order, in whole or in part, immediately upon notice to Supplier in the event of any of the following events:
Negation of Partnership Landlord shall not become or be deemed a partner or a joint venturer with Tenant by reason of the provisions of this Lease.
Acquisition of Property The Contractor shall document that all property was acquired consistent with its engineering, production planning, and property control operations.
Formation of Company The Company was formed on February 23, 2017 pursuant to the provisions of the Delaware Act. The filing of the Certificate of Formation of the Company with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects.
ROOM CONSOLIDATION Residence assignments shall be consolidated when vacancies occur in any residence facility, to minimize the number of rooms, suites, and/or apartments not at full occupancy. The Student may be required to change residence assignment and move to facilitate room consolidation. Residents in rooms/apartments/suites not at full capacity may be charged additional rent as determined by UCF DHRL.
Incorporation of Certain Terms You acknowledge that You have entered a Product Lease Agreement with MailFinance Inc. (the “Lease”). Any defined terms in the Lease shall have the same meanings in this Maintenance Agreement, except that “We,” “Us,” and “Our,” refer to Neopost USA Inc. Sections 17 through 25 of the Lease are hereby incorporated into this Maintenance Agreement, except that any reference in those sections to the “Lease” refers to this Maintenance Agreement.
Adoption of Subsequent Orders to Incorporate Terms That a State Mortgage Regulator, if deemed necessary under the laws and regulations of the corresponding Participating State, may issue a separate administrative order to adopt and incorporate the terms and conditions of this Agreement. A State Mortgage Regulator may sua sponte issue such subsequent order without the review and approval of Respondent provided the subsequent order does not amend, alter, or otherwise change the terms of the Agreement. In the event a subsequent order amends, alters, or otherwise changes the terms of the Agreement, the terms of the Agreement, as set forth herein, will control.
Dissolution of Entity The Contractor shall notify the County immediately of any intention to discontinue existence of the entity or to bring an action of dissolution.
Term and Termination of Order Form 6.2.1 The term of an Order Form begins on the date the Order Form is executed (“Order Form Effective Date”) and continues for the term stated in the Order Form. Thereafter, the term for Subscription Services will automatically renew for successive terms of one (1) year each, unless either party gives written notice to the other of its intention not to renew at least sixty (60) days before the commencement of the next renewal term. Client must use any other Services set forth in an Order Form during the term specified in the Order Form or within one (1) year of the Order Form Effective Date, whichever is shorter; if unused, such Services will be forfeited.
Incorporation of Exhibits The Exhibits attached to this Agreement are incorporated herein and shall be considered a part of this Agreement for all purposes.
