ACTING OUT. Of-Scope Within 30 calendar days of exchange of ratification, the Employer shall prepare a new document, in consultation with the Union, specifying the roles and responsibilities of a person designated to replace another person in an out-of-scope position. Copies of such documents shall be on hand at each Base Office and shall be available to each Employee upon request. When an Employee is assigned to replace another person in an out-of-scope position, the Employee shall be paid an additional $6.00 per hour. An Employee assigned duties under Article 16.01 and Article 16.02 shall receive the higher of the premiums, but not both of the premiums.

  • Funding Out The continuation of this agreement is contingent upon funding appropriated by the legislature.

  • Working Out of Class Section 1 Whenever an employee is requested to perform the tasks of a higher graded position that employee shall receive the rate of pay of that higher graded position or five percent (5%) above his/her regular rate of pay if the rate of pay for the higher graded position is less than five percent (5%) over and above that employee's regular rate of pay and his/her regular position whichever is greater for each and every hour worked in any higher grade during that contract year.

  • Cashing out of Annual Leave (a) Annual leave credited to an employee may be cashed out by agreement, subject to the following conditions: (refer to section 93 of the Act)

  • Cashing out annual leave Annual leave may be cashed out by agreement between the Company and an Employee, subject to the following conditions: ▪ An Employee must elect in writing to cash out annual leave; ▪ An Employee must not cash out more than two (2) weeks annual leave in each twelve (12) month period; ▪ The Company must agree to the Employee cashing out their annual leave.
